What happens on a property valuation with Laurence Tremayne Estate Agents?

A Laurence Tremayne Estate Agent representative will arrive at your property at the agreed appointment time. All of our representatives are local people with local knowledge. They will come fully prepared to answer your questions.

Do I have to have the valuation at my property?

No of course not, although we will need to see inside the property to give a final valuation.

If you would feel more comfortable, we can have an initial meeting conducted elsewhere; we even have a facility to hold private meetings within our offices.
